Rails
Boxy
£0.00
A full - round rail. Boxy rails will vary in volume with the overall thickness of a surfboard. The top of a boxy rail will flow out of a relatively flat or very moderately crowned deck. This rail configuration is generally applied to shorter lower volume boards.  The fuller and boxier the rails the more flotation and the harder turn the surfboard will be to turn.
Fins
Futures
£0.00
Futures Fins system.  A strong 'under glass' fin system.  Future fins are probably the second most popular fin system. Similar to the FCS fins, Future fins have a wide selection of aftermarket setups.  The most common setup, the thruster is a three-fin setup. All the fins are the same size, with two parallel fins and a middle fin placed slightly further back on the board.  We always use original Futures Fins boxes.  Fins included in the price (but not original Futures Fins).
FCS
£0.00
We use an FCS compatible fin system which meets or exceeds original branded FCS plugs. FCS are the leaders in the industry of surf fins. They come stock on most new boards, and there is a very large variety of aftermarket fins to select from. The most common setup, the thruster is a three-fin setup. All the fins are the same size, with two parallel fins and a middle fin placed slightly further back on the board.  Fins included.
Glass on Thruster
£0.00
Glass on Thruster fins are actually glassed on to the board and don't have the option of being removed (before air travel, for example).  The most common setup, the thruster is a three-fin setup. All the fins are the same size, with two parallel fins and a middle fin placed slightly further back on the board.
Tail
Swallow
£0.00
The swallow tail allows the shaper to make a board with a wider tail that still maneuverable, which makes them a popular choices when building fish and small wave boards. The two points of the swallow tail act almost like two smaller pintails infect turning on one or the other depending on the rail the board is turning on.
Construction
PU
£0.00
Polyurethane Foam is the standard for surfboard construction - this is what is used in the the majority of surfboard construction.  Our PU boards all come with a single stringer in a width suitable for the size of board.
E-Series (EPS)
£60.00
E-Series:  EPS foam with a single stringer.  EPS foam is light weight foam similar what you find when you unpack a new televEPSision from its packaging.  The difference from packaging EPS foam and our US Blanks EPS Superfused foam is a denser and small bead size EPS - foam that is incredibly strong.  Anything which is EPS will be glassed in Epoxy Resin.
